Our pasta is made on the day of the market so you can keep it in the fridge for 5 days. We use a coarse ground semolina flour which gives the pasta its distinctive texture, we only use organic eggs which will give a good yellow colour without having to use dyes. We make four shapes:
Spaghetti
Fusilli
Rigatoni
Tagliatelle
